Project Description: Remodeled the former south lobby into new E-Sports facility including office space and a conference room. The former restrooms on the east side were remodeled to be two single occupant restrooms for the E-Sports area. New multiple stall restrooms were added just north of the lobby to serve University Hall multi-purpose room. Work included minor remodeling of the exterior to add new aluminum storefront windows and reconfigure the existing ADA ramp.

Completion Date: 2023.
