Project Description: The program called for converting the existing campus central computing server hub into a black box theater for motion arts movement. The interior of the building was gutted, spaces were reconfigured and new finishes were provided throughout the structure. The renovation also included a complete upgrade of all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The black box space features alight grid and south booth for enhanced performance abilities. The building also includes additional instructional and study space.
