Los Alamitos Remodel/Addition

Project Description: Owner program requirements called for the remodeling and addition to an existing 1950's ranch style house to create a more spacious interior. The exterior was also remodeled to reflect a more French country feel to the home. To maximize use of funds, most of the original structure was left in place with new structures added adjacent to and above the existing walls and roof.
