Loker Hydrocarbon Institute (LHI) Lab Remodels

Project Description: Remodeling of the labs at the Loker Hydrocarbon Institute were completed in phases and included the remodel of existing research labs and the replacement of lab HVAC and exhaust infrastructure with a new digitally controlled VAV system. Approximately 7,600 square feet of rare was remodeled.
