Project Description: Hornby Hall is a two story building with a basement located on the University of Redlands campus in Redlands, California. Originally a science building, this adaptive re-use project converted it to administrative use. The project consisted of exterior and interior improvements. New HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems were installed throughout the building as a part of renovation. An elevator was also designed and installed to meet accessibility requirements.
