Project Description: Interior renovations included demolition and abatement of existing finishes, new finishes throughout, addition of HVAC, upgraded electrical systems, remodeled bathrooms, lobby, and living rooms spaces. Added new fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems, ADA access to ground floor including accessible dorm rooms. Exterior building elevation improvements included new roof, new windows and addition of wall panels to modernize exterior. Site improvements included new entry walkway and plaza at south entry, expand and improve main patio at north side of the building, parking lot improvements, improved lighting, and enhanced landscaping.
